GDT: 5/03 - Braves @ Fish

Happy to see we went after Urena. I don't care that it could have cost us. I don't care about your opinion of it being childish or petty. Urena is a punk and he'll get his just desserts in time, even if not from us.

What I'm not happy with is that we missed him, though I suppose that shouldn't be too surprising for a team leading the world in walks.

Yeah it’s pretty embarrassing that we missed him. If I’m a pitcher on another team I am an no way concerned about the consequences of hitting any Braves player. They didn’t fight when Acuna was hit and didn’t hit the pitcher the next time he batted.

Is it possible that Gausman starts again on Sunday replacing Teheran? Then you can let Toussaint start in Gausman's next scheduled start in LA, thus, skipping Julio.

Doubtful. Preparing to start is a whole thing and even if you last an inning you usually don’t come back till your next turn. The Braves are all about giving pitchers extra rest as well.
