GDT 5/1/17: Braves vs. MUTTS

Fair enough... those you were implying he was bad

He's not bad. He's just not a good hitter anymore. He was earlier in his career. He is right now but I don't suspect it will last the whole year. I figure he will settle into the 100-110 OPS+ range.

Safe to say Kemp can still hit

I, for one, am thrilled to have him. And I don't care what his dWAR says. He's an offensive player, as long as he can handle his position, he's a great guy to have. And I don't care what his dWAR says, he's tolerable in LF, and he works at his craft.

Let the mother ****er rake

So after being on the road for 10 days... the Braves draw 21,000 tonight.

That is not good, folks

It's a Monday night on a school night...not to include a major interstate hub not going to be reopened until Memorial Day.

If Kemp keeps this offensive pace up he will be a very positive and valuable player for us.

If he hits like he did the last 4 years, he won't.

It's 5,000 more than they would get for a weeknight at Turner Field.

You can look it up.

And they'll sell out on the weekends, and that's BW - before winning

Nobody mentioned Nick being a bad hitter for his career. Also implying Heyward's 760 career OPS is worse than Markakis' career 780 OPS shows a lack of understanding on park effects and offensive era's.

Wrigley cause his .631 last year? Just playing... no reason to answer
