The more I watch Camargo and Bautista, the more I desperately want the Braves to trade for Machado. I'm sure its still unpopular but its exactly what this team needs. I know he's only a rental but trading for him would let the Braves start negotiating an extension. I'm sure they would be able to make him an offer that he would love to keep him around.

Machado has been adamant about wanting to play short stop. Even if we trade for him and force him to play 3rd for us this season, he won't re sign with us.
