That is unfortunate. Probably a small sample size regarding the Braves but it's obvious robo umps are needed for balls and strikes.

Maybe, maybe not. MLB was having the same groups of umpires following a lot of the same teams in the hope that would somehow help limit COVID exposures - the fact that the percentage of bad calls in Braves' games is so much higher actually could expose a select number of pretty *hitty umps.

Yeah. I do think they should deal with anyone who is noticeably below their own average against certain teams (in addition to just holding them accountable period).
