GDT 5/14 Cubs Hosting Braves 2:20 EST

well this just is not true.

NYC is the epicenter of the free world.

Doesn't make it the best.

I wasn’t impressed, but large cities usually don’t impress me ha ha

They have their charms, as all places do. In truth, a lot of Chicago's large-city strengths fall into the "place to live" part of the ledger, as opposed to the "place to be a tourist" column (though there are plenty of good options for the latter, if you know who to ask).

Weather and congestion are my 2 biggest factors in liking a place. Chicago is terrible in both regards. It is beyond my comprehension why folks deal with harsh winters, hellish summers, or crowded streets.

It’s 2018...you don’t have to live in a big city to make a good living. I’ll take moderate weather and no traffic over anything any large city has to offer.
