The rest of the 3 hours is commentators breaking down every play 2-3 times from various angles...and a million commercials.

As I said, they do a much better job filling in the gaps. So good that simpletons like you think it’s fast paced.

There's a play every 30 seconds. You may only see 1 pitch every 30 seconds in baseball.

An average nfl game has roughly 150 plays, spread out over roughly 3 hours. That’s 1 play every 72 seconds..

So yeah, the commentators are filling a ton of dead time. They do it so well fools think it’s a fast paced sport.

There are roughly 300 pitches thrown per game, or roughly 1 per 36 seconds.

No matter how many “yeah but, yeah but” comments you make, there is more dead time to fill in a football game than in a baseball game. And those announcers don’t do it by telling viewers how lame the modern nfl game has become.

Your defense is completely based on non-facts, and is horribly thought out.

Keep moving the goalposts, a common tactic when someone has no actual argument to pose. How long is the ball in play in a football game? A few seconds per play?

Fact of the matter is nfl announcers fill in a lot of dead time, and they don’t do it by telling viewers how bad the modern sport is.
