GDT 5/25/21: Braves @ Reds - Switching it up for Smyly

We need to activate him when he’s healthy and make Manfred suspend him or put him on the restricted list if he wants him to be ineligible. If he does we wouldn’t have to pay him and would have money for a fairly expensive rental. If he doesn’t we get Ozuna back. Of course Ozuna was really struggling even before the incident.
