GDT 5/29- Night of the Anibal

Guys, seriously.

I heavily doubt Sanchez is starting for long. Before Soroka got hurt, Braves media was saying "He's not going down now, or ever". It's possible that this is just ONE start, which makes him starting not make a lick of sense at all. If it's a spot outing, it should have been Matt Wisler on the mound, given history.

This really has been a great season so far, but the one huge blemish has been Inciarte. He’s been pretty darn awful offensively.

I have said all season, even when we were playing our best, I thought the Nats would win the East. They are better then us. This is team is exciting though

yeah...realistically we are wildcard contenders...the gnats got off to a slow start but they should win 90+ games

Way to waste a challenge, Snit. We have enough bad calls against us; we don't need to be challenging good ones.

Pure dumbassery....

Sanchez at Gwinnett = 10.80 era

I just don't understand why he is getting rolled after such a strong AAA performance

I simply don't understand why Anibal Sanchez started this game. It's going to make even less sense when this is his only start or he's pulled after 2 starts. As from the way things seemed until Soroka got hurt, he was not going to come back in the rotation.

He better be released tomorrow. His batting practice fastball that is straight as an arrow is just that batting practice.
