I liked the signings, but maybe we should've know better. Morton has only been good with 2 of the smartest teams in mlb (Houston and TB). Everyone is pitching well in SF these days, so maybe smyly was a product of them/park

I didn't like the Smyly signing, but I was okay with Morton. I think the Braves have become more analytically driven and both these guys fit that rationale. I thought the sample size on Smyly was too small and maybe Morton has just hit the age wall.
