I don't know. Plenty of holes in the lucky rotation or in hindsight, Baldwin is the type of prospect that keeps you from playing AAAA prospects/players. IF you trade him, you have your mind on a stronger mlb team. Just not there with AA.....YET.

When Ben Ingram said Rosario was coming in to pinch hit for White (when ER was actually coming to run for Murphy) I nearly drove my car into someone's yard. I thought, surely to God Snit won't do that two nights in a row.

1 year of Cease for Baldwin wasn't happening. Crochet was the only one I could have been ok with and AA balked at that to so that tells you how high they hold Baldwin. Crochet is having an amazing year so far. Crochet in the rotation right now would be crazy.

Just watched the game and holy shit am I impressed with Eli White. I loved him bunting when Lodolo had struck out 5 straight. Makes the pitcher spend his energy running and fielding the ball. Thats the type of shit we need. He is a sparkplug for the team.
Surprise to some. I think the team knew exactly what they had and had no intention of trading him.

so what you are saying is Baldwin can be an ace level pitcher as well... sweet.
Reds defense really cost them the last 2 games of this series. I don't know who their LF is but he has a noodle for an arm.

The RF cost them more imo.. but the LF had two chances to throw out guys.. weak throw to not get Sorryio cement shoes.. and he triple clutched and weak throw to not even make Ozzie's play close.
Austin Wynns at 1b in Game 2 also cost them a run. Harris' triple last night is also probably caught by a better defensive 1b than Steer.
