Analytically, normal regression to the mean.
Traditional baseball term. Everyone that started out hot has come back to normal. It’s how baseball works. 1-3 weeks of good play followed by longer stretches of poor to abysmal play. You just hope enough guys are hitting at all times to carry you.

Guys like Albies are paying for it for very good luck earlier in the year. He crushed balls at times but hit so many weak flyouts that it's balancing out to where everything is getting caught from him. And that's going to continue, sadly until he changes his approach.
