Same story the last few seasons. Mediocre pitching. Good offense. The major difference this season is that the pen hasn't been a good unit. Last year we got lucky with the short season, because that rotation wasn't going to do that well over 162.

The worst part is that it wasn’t even addressed in the offseason.
 
This isn’t our year. We have had not had a “bad” year in a while. We were due for one, but dang this has been brutal. Next year will be a crucial year…this year is likely done. It’s mid June and we have been a under .500 team all the way. I don’t see that changing.
 
Is Martin's problem a lack of a foreign substance?

If pessimistic in GDTs, but I'm quite positive outside them. I haven't given up, but these next 26 games seem huge esp with 7 of those vs the Mets. It's close to now or never
