No. That’s where pitchers with bad command go. They normally see their walk rate drop by airing it out for one inning. See Newcomb, Sean.

I almost hope Smyly gets into a little trouble so Snit will be forced to remove him. If he has a clean inning, Snitker will trot him back out there to face the top of the order a 3rd time.
