GDT 6/21/22: Braves vs. Giants - Win It For Allison

Allison is my 13 month old daughter. She’s been my baseball buddy and Braves fan ever since she was born and doesn’t know the Braves as anything but a World Champion team.

Yesterday when I went to get her up from her nap I found her seizing in her crib and she hasn’t regained consciousness since. We think she’s gonna be ok but she’s currently in the PICU on a vent having a really tough go of it and there are more questions than answers.

I'm so sorry to hear this. As a father, it breaks my heart. I'm praying for Allison and your family.

Maybe this forum is a welcome distraction for you - and if it is, then I hope it helps you find some alleviation - but otherwise family first my friend.

Well I’m sitting here in the room with her and just thinking about how she’s my good baseball buddy and all the games she stayed up late to watch with me last year
