GDT 6-28-14 (Game 1 of DH): Braves (Santana) at Philadelphia (R. Hernandez)

Another walk for Freddie, that's three on the day! And honestly, I thought he deserved the double that was given a error to Howard. Nonetheless, he's back!

"We'll use him whenever we need to use him," Braves manager Fredi Gonzalez said. "If the first game goes 15 innings, 18 innings, we'll use him there."

The 25-year-old made the Opening Day roster, but was sent back down after posting a 4.91 ERA in 11 innings. Schlosser went 4-3 with a 4.39 ERA in 10 starts for Gwinnett.

"He went down there and started. So he could throw a lot of pitches for us," Gonzalez said. "But if we have two great starts, I hope I don't even have to use him."/QUOTE]

Me, too. The truth as I see it is that you should consider re-evaluating your philosophy.

There, I'm done venting. Isn't that what message boards are for?

How did this turrible team manage to score 9? They're stumbling their way to winning 4 out of the last 5, I guess.

10 games over 500 and 5 games up will make me change my philosophy when it comes to the team.

He's been swinging it very well the past few games. Good to see. Justin seems to have come out of his funk too.

I tried to edit this for the format I messed up, it kept telling me the message was too short. Might want to check the programing there.

Those two are absolutely huge for us. We need them to get anything out of this team. If those two can get hot and one more with him as well, we'll be great.

Also, Chris just had another RBI-hit.

Heywards has walked 8 times in the past week. That's one more walk then Chris Johnson has had all season. Yet we don't have Heyward at the top of the lineup.

Using Simmons with a 7 run lead?
