Leaving Morton in to hit in a close game with 2 runners on was a mistake. Period. How Morton has pitched in the past 20 innings doesn't really matter to me.

There were 2 runners on with his spot up, so that threw keeping Morton in the game out the window

Fair, but Minter was the more egregious error. If Snit had brought him or anyone else in there, the way the season has gone, they would have given up the bomb and everyone would still be losing it. It's not like Morton was facing Acuna.

If you were forced to watch this team every pitch, you be thinking "hammered" too. Hell, I wanna get hammered watching them 3 innings in a row without some sort of sanity break

Acuña and Albies have nothing to do with us losing this game. In fact, they have everything to do with us even being in it. You singling them out for two bad ABs and calling them gutless is a moronic take.

The team is collectively gutless, not them individually. Every single home run they hit, their swing is very controlled. When we needed him the most in a big game, Acuna had a dumbass approach on that 2-1 pitch and it changed the at bat. Pitcher would have been nuts to give him a fast ball 2-1 there.
