GDT 6/4: SALE leads the resistance

Sales option should be a no brainer to pick up this offseason so we'll need 1 more maybe 2 really good SP going into the offseason. I'd put Lopez in the bullpen next year so that would set the bullpen up nicely with JJ coming back just need another reliable 9th inning guy. Ozuna I'm not sure about. He's one of our best hitters but he's gonna get offers of 20 million or more in the offseason and I'd rather just use the DH to get Baldwin and Murphy both in the lineup and let Ronald rotate there sometimes and the other guys to get them some rest. LF and SS have to be addressed. Profar was a big ass mistake and he's gonna revert back to sucky Profar without the juice. Either eat a lot of his contract and cut him or have an expensive 4th OF'er. Throw money at Tucker and Cease in the offseason.

It's always a gamble. They could play out like Acuna and Albies where you get great production for pennies on the dollar or you are paying good money for subpar production without the ability to DFA and pay them nothing.
 
All the extensions, save for Olson and Murphy, looked great at the time they were made. Harris is really screwing us over. He was supposed to be a 4+ WAR player. Instead we have post-Boston Jackie Bradley Jr.

And he has all the tools he's just lost at the plate swinging at everything. Like Seitzer said when he left it's all between these guys ears it's not physical.
