Hopefully those three hits will at least get him out of his own head and maybe get him going. Team will look very different if we have Mike back to ROY Mike.
If we can somehow get Snit to remember Pillar is useful, the lineup 1-9 is gonna be unstoppable.

Man, today's game is at 7 and then the Mutts have to travel to Pitt for tomorrow's game.. not cross country, but will still be a rough flight after a sweep.

Meh. It takes an hour and a half to fly to Pittsburgh. The drive from Truist to Hartsfield takes longer than that at the wrong time of day.
But you're right, the butthurt of a sweep is going to make that 18 hours last forever.

That GM has done a subtle job of putting together a nice team with tremendous constraints. Some good drafting, too.

I'm still not buying it. They have some nice pieces, but they are still a bottom five offense in the league. They've had an easy early season schedule (top 5 hardest schedule the rest of the way) and they've gone 16-4 in one run games, which has allowed them to build a nice record (35-28) that is about the inverse of their expected record (29-34). Ultimately they are the same as they've been for a number of years now- some good pitchers who make them a pain to play against and a threat to win a series, but a team that will struggle to finish the season above .500 because of their offense.

We need to have more team meetings I think. Braves are cooking right now with three comeback wins in a row which is something this team wasn't really great at.
The Marlins just played the two worst teams in the league and swept them both, which is something the Braves should have done. It was absolutely inexcusable for the Braves to lose ANY game against the A's. That's possibly the worst team in the history of baseball.
