Can the Braves handle the Snakes, or will they be rattled after last night's debacle? It's obvious that our battery is going to be huge this afternoon as we take the field looking to Chase away the blues.

Arizona will not get anything to fall in left field today. Two left fielders is tough to beat. Right field might be their better bet.

TLS finally gets moved up to 6th, but it's only because Gattis is out.

I like Fredi's initiative to build the pitcher and catcher relationship even more. By having Laird and Harang hit back to back in the order, it further instills fear into the pitcher that the veteran leadership can not only beat you as the battery on the mound, but as an unsuspecting end of the lineup "heart attack of the order".

Lineup construction doesn't matter much, but I'd have La Stella hitting ahead of Johnson.

"Evan, you only had three hits yesterday ! It's very important we get Laird some ABs...you understand right? I know you lead the league in HRs for a catcher and can provide instant offense and could help us win the series...but seriously, we gotta get Laird some reps....THEEEEENKS"

Is anyone surprised? Extra inning game last night with an earlier game today. Gattis should pinch hit though.

Day game after a night game. Part of a stretch of 17 straight games. Laird is gonna play in four of those games.
