Without question Mike Minor is the weak link to the Braves rotation, it's a good thing the Braves did not extend yet. Don't know what they're going to do with him, but it's certainly troubling.

wait a minute, he was damn good last year. And they didn't extend him, despite the clamor to.

I'd like to see him sentenced to AAA for a month to figure it out without costing us games.

I think the fact he wasn't extended yet, when we locked up a lot of the other young players speaks volumes.
 
Not ready to give up on Minor yet. Guy was very good last year. Very good. He will get back there I hope.

Seriously. This guy is like 10 starts in coming off an injury. I swear some of the posters here have to be fed through a straw.
 
What a job by Simmons. He reminds me of Venters when he was at his best. Didnt close but he was arguably the most valuable reliever because he came in with runners on base and got out of the jam.
 
Minor will likely end up having a solid if not great second half, just as he did after his poor first half in the past. Then the Minor bashing will look as stupid and short sighted as it did last time he had a rough first half.

Also, Minor did have a lot to do with our big inning given his two out rbi hit.
