To be fair, Heyward does have one of the highest batting averages with runners in scoring position on the team. Coming into tonight he was hitting .305/.400/.475 with RISP.
So I think most of his lack of RBI's should be attributed to his hitting leadoff for most of the year.
I'm honestly thinking he is what he is...
He's 26 years and we've waiting what will be nearly 5 seasons for his ass to turn the corner and it hasn't. Wouldn't be mad at all if the front office decided to dump him.
Without question Mike Minor is the weak link to the Braves rotation, it's a good thing the Braves did not extend yet. Don't know what they're going to do with him, but it's certainly troubling.

Has anyone tried to run on Betancourt yet?
Count me in the "Minor will be fine" camp. He's pitched poorly this year but was damn good the last two. He's a good pitcher. Sometimes guys struggle. It hasn't been nearly long enough to want to trade him ASAP. Don't be so emotional.
