GDT 7/20 -Grant Holmes in: Take the Series From These Damn Yankees

They give way too much attention to their sideline reporter. I doubt any of the other 29 teams give their reporter that much screen time.
 
Really wanting the Diamondbacks to go on a run, so they don't sell. They'd have so many more attractive pieces to sell than Atlanta. We need desperate teams.
 
We'll see what happens with the Giants' series. They don't win the series (or maybe sweep the series), it's time to sell. It looks like the Padres are going to win today, so that would put them 10.5 back in the wild card. I think if it stays double digits after the Giants, the phone will start ringing.

Same. Sprinkle in Albies and Harris hopefully figuring things out and we're good. Hopefully Nacho can impress to be a legit MIF backup next year or trade bait.
 
Snit has to be absolutely the dumbest manager ever. So he said in the post game that he didn't know that anything was going on between Eddie and Jazz and he was sitting right there by Eddie? As the manager how the hell do you not know what's going on. He said he still isn't sure what happened. And this is the guy we allow to run the team???

I'm completely on board with you here. Having this crap year and getting a top pick while resetting the tax is the way to go.
