GDT 7/24/14 Braves (Harang) vs Marlins (Alvarez); 7:10 ET

If you chose not to read what I wrote that is fine...I never said he is having a horrible year all I said is he is not the same pitcher he was in previous seasons and he isn't. I'll help you by posting a link to his stats and if you choose not to see for yourself that's on you but nothing I have said is incorrect.

This is actually what you said, which is all complete nonsense.

If CK wouldnt allow so many men on things like this wouldnt happen. Sorry but CK has not been the same CK as years past. Every game he has men all over the place and full count on every hitter. I really wish we had traded him this off season when his value was the highest it would ever be like as some had suggested.

Also a WHIP of almost 1(his is .90 before today) backs up my statement that there is someone on base almost every time he pitches. But you chose to bash someone instead of looking at their statement and looking at the stats that back up my statement. Goodnight

No, it doesn't.

Fact - He has allowed someone to get on base in less than half of his appearances. Less than half.

This loss is not on Kimbrel and this series loss is not on the pitchers.. Let's see

Game 1 Teheran 7ip 1 run but we lose anyway

Game 2 this one is on Minor we all know how bad he was

Game 3 Santana 7 ip 1 run - only win

Game 4 Harang 7 ip 2 runs and of course we lose again

This loss, this series loss, hell this season is the offenses fault. When 3/4 of your starters give up no more then 2 runs in 7 innings we need to go 3- 1 not 1-3. This is the downside of the extensions I'm not sure what Wren can do over the offseason to fix this .

The way to fix it is to change the team approach at the plate. Free swinging at all times is not working. We need guys that can bunt, put the ball in play, hit behind runners, hustle every single minute, and most of all...we need guys that stop thinking about HRs. Those home run swings in crucial situations (where a hit would change a game) are killing us. Give me a guy like LaStella or the Marlin's Yelich in RBI situations...every time.

We're on pace to hit far less homeruns this year than last, and yet we're scoring far less runs.
