If I had to guess, given that it came as Montero was sucking, he's probably screaming at Snit but is just looking at the hitting coaches as he does it. They weren't reacting as if he was directly yelling at them.

I think it's McGuirk and not AA. McGuirk has been around a long time with the Braves so he has personal ties to him where AA doesn't.
