GDT 7/27/13 : Cardinals at Braves (Heyward leading off, Simmons 8th)

Julio has a higher ceiling JMO cause he has a better fastball, but I think Minor could be better because he's a lefty. Hard to tell. In the end health will probably be the indicator.

If Julio ever finds that feel for his changeup then I think it will be him. I'm just not sure though.

I still have problems with my english!

Only learned it 2 years at school and then learned it by myself on MTV! Beavis and Butthead style first! :stupid::stupid::suprise:

Are you anywhere close to Augsburg. Ive been to Berlin as well. Berlin is my 2nd favorite city behind San Diego.

No! I'm in Mülheim an der Ruhr, 15 miles from Dusseldorf! (it' somewhere between Augsburg and Berlin - a little more west)

So, I will watch the Phillies game! On wednesday my opportunity to watch games live on TV will end! So I take my last chance now!

That shouldn't be a problem especially if we let with Huddy and Maholm coming off the books plus Mac would only really be looking at a 3-5 million dollar raise from the salary he was making this season's 12 million. So money isn't really the issue.

but the original post was McCann vs Gattis, and money is certainly at issue there. And keeping them both means another year of weird usage of Gattis; pinch hitter, back up catcher, part time LF, part time 1b. DH is the future for Mac, face the music. At least that would give Gattis a place to play every day.

That was so hard to watch. I love Federer.

You're telling me. I only picked up a racket and follow tennis because of him. ..

If it wasn't for him i would not be playing tennis or teaching either.

And most of all

watching him is the only thing more important on tv to me than the Braves. I planned my work schedule around Wimbledon and every grand slam ont the days he plays so I'm watching. So you can imagine this year i had more days off than I normally would.

Ok, tarp is on! Raining hard and a rainbow over the stadium!

So much for my last live game on TV!

And his year has been a disaster. Sure hope he has a brilliant run left in him.

Federer still had a prime that rivaled anyone else in the sport. Problem with tennis is that you are done at 26.

I think that's it!
In tennis you have not much chances with 30+! Federer was the best, so he can still play good tennis now! But the most are done!
(the only exception is Tommy Haas)

For his standards sure.

Aussie semis, final in rome, quarters at Indian Wells, title in Halle, French quarters...

That's a great year for your average tennis player.

Ok, rain in Detroit, but teams are warming up!

ESPN America switched to the Indians game!
I still can't understand why ESPN shuts down it's only station here in europe!
