It isn't hard to stay in shape when you have literally nothing to do.
I'm not a pro athlete but i have a garage gym and stuff i could do just about anything asked for about 5k. Hard to believe a professional baseball player didn't have a cage\mound and some weights.
I mean, at the bare minimum.
Plus most folks are up about 15 lbs of "bad weight" after quarantine, not the other way around.
And I can’t believe I said wait and not weight. Why didn’t any of the nerds roast me for that.
