Is this new this season or just slowing down?
 
I didn’t bother to pay attention last year because he hit 50 bombs. The bat wrap is either new or something he can’t overcome so far this year.

Either way, it’s a pretty obvious thing hitters address in the modern game, so it should not be a mystery. Ozuna is the best example of eliminating bat wrap, and guys like Acuna and Harris do it too.
 
I think Murphys biggest thing is reps. He has become the backup to TDA and he shouldnt be. Snit adores Travis and it would be the same way if WC was still here.
 
Rikey's .190 BA with runners in scoring position going down. Perhaps he should lead off bc he's quite good with no one on, and he's quite bad the other way

I'm here :-) but not his mother....his pretend grandmother. And, unlike others who are intellectually dishonest, I admit he doesn't hit with runners on. Last year I complained endlessly about his strikeouts (not on this board but another) and I was flamed constantly because I was supposed to lay off his case. Isn't it funny how seasons change.
