Okay Braves... Austin cannot be the only one hitting the ball
If you could get the Rockies to pay half of Blackmons contract would be make any sense?
So Riley is as good as I always said he would be eh?
97 WRC+ last season and 95 this season. At 34 he's likely done being a useful hitter
1 out of 100 aint bad
Don't want to give me Fried eh?
I'll take 2%.

Surprisingly he has comparable and possibly better numbers on the road than home.
Not expecting him to be great or anything but I think his contact approach would be steady in the bottom third of our lineup.
For the rest of this year then he would obviously need to bat a little higher.
I mean Almote has hit better than than Blackmon this year. And Blackmon's options are apparently player options for 22 and 23. He's taking those. Just no.
Riley is .012 behind FF in ops, and FF is at .902. Riley is looking like a player

Best thing about this season is Riley's development. Braves have really hit on their position prospects recently.
Blackmon plays a passable outfield and I'm surprised you think this is now Almontes baseline.
Even those options at 9M wouldn't be awful IMO.
