GDT 7/30/19: Bringing the D in DC

Minter replaces Juio with 2 outs in Bot 7th, runner on 1st. 1st pitch runner steals 2nd. Walks the 1st hitter he faces.

I have never trusted Minter and even with a 9 run lead tonight I don't trust him.

Luckily Ender had Soto played perfectly.

But yeah, he's basically mop up duty now.
 
So when our new acquisition shows up, who's the first reliever sent down? I can think of a few candidates starting with the guy who just pitched in the bottom of the seventh.

As much as I'd like to see Minter be the one to go down, it's probably Walker
 
Snit won’t use Swarzak with bases loaded yesterday vs Rendon because it was too early in the game but he uses him here in a blowout.

This is why bullpen arms only matter so much when we have a dinosaur who has no idea how to use guys properly.
 
Swarzak trending down after back to back crappy outings for him? I know it's only a couple of data points and he hasn't pitched for awhile but he's been one of the few guys in our bullpen we could count on.
