GDT - 7/9/2014 - Braves at Mets

So does J Up deserve to be an All Star? I hope he gets in because he's a Brave, but other than the HR streaks, which are great btw, he's a pretty uninspiring player.
 
Nice approach by the Braves to make a pitcher just off the disabled list throw a lot of pitches and really work. Oh, wait, they're doing just the opposite. What a bunch of idiots.

Umm...I dunno man.

I like J Up a lot as a player and think there is a ton of upside to him, but he's very inconsistent especially with runners on base. If he could learn to be consistent at the dish and be a better all around, the fckn skies the limit. Power to all fields and a good line to line hitter when on...could be very unstoppable.
 
Gee is leaving everything out over the plate and they just can't square it up. I'm confident we will touch this boner up for a crooked # shortly.
 
Dillon Gee, a guy returning from the disabled list has thrown 39 pitches in 4 innings, this team has a bunch of doofuses on it. Make the guy throw some damn pitches.
 
They're served a hanging breaking ball right in the middle of the plate and can't even do anything with that. Yeah, it was hit well, but not well enough.
