GDT 7/9: Elder Night

Profar is now well down into the 500s OPS, and Albies is a few points away. The offense quite literally has 4 pitchers in it every day.

I was just thinking about Ozzie's RH troubles, and I remembered that he came back last season and batted exclusively RH. Considering this, how can we blame the wrist? Apparently the wrist was the swinging wrist for the LH AB

He had a .612 OPS overall when returned from injury last season, with only 2 homers and 3 XBH total. You are way over thinking this.
 
Ozzie's EV is slowly creeping back up by the way. It was around 86.0 in early May, I believe. Now it's 87.3.

It was 41 PA, so I'm not sure how much you read into that. If you do think it's important though, he got an extra base hit in every 13.7 PAs. This year, that number is 1 extra base hit in every 20.4 PAs.

I couldn't tell much difference either, but we talking about guys that can recognize a pitch in a split second. Their eyes work better than mine
