Playing the Waiting Game
Brian Jordan says he would put Chris Johnson to the number 2 spot and he would put Justin hitting 6th.
LOL
It was pretty obvious that Jerome was embarrassed by what Jordan was saying.

Didn't say that, that will have to change if this season means anything. With this roster if we don't make the post season, it will be a waste.
This team is not mentally tough. So what if I am right and we miss the post season. We'd fold like a cheap suit anyway, the Nats will yard us by 5-8 by mid August.
Listen I'm glad I was wrong on this one. The rest of the bullpen really stepped up and picked up Kimbrel. And I don't know why, but Fredi decided not to use Walden in the 8th tonight and it paid off and consequently had him available to close. Good debuts for Jaime and Buchter. And now with Teheran on the mound, you get be guaranteed of leaving Washington in first place.
And I still stand by it, we are not a good team and there is no sense in coming on here and pretending we are a good team when we are not. We lead this division not by effort but by default. We were just swept at home by the last place team, for goodness sakes. There is not one facet of this team that could be considered the best in baseball. We have three men on our 25 man, that have no business on the team. Schafer and BJ both need to follow Dan out the door. It pains me to say that about Dan, Lord knows what really has caused him to tank but it's a shame. IMO our hopes for the rest squarely on Minor. I have confidence in Julio and Alex, not so much in Magic and Aaron. To be a legit contender you have to win 3 of 5, with this rotation I am not sure we can. We are one bad week or one more serious injury away from saying see you in '15.
But having said that it doesn't mean just because I have very little faith in this roster that I won't pull as hard as I can every night for these guys and give credit when due. I still say unfortunately that we are headed for a third place finish behind the Marlins and Nats when all is said and done.
What makes you guys so positive about this group? And please give the they won 96 games a year ago thing a rest because it means nothing in 2014.
Richmond. Not enough of us around here honestly. At least die hards
I'm positive we are the best team in the division
In the credit where it's due department: begrudging respect to the Nationals for playing "The Rains of Castamere" in the 12th inning.
On the other hand, WHO JUST GOT STABBED IN THE UTERUS TONIGHT, BITCHES?!
Winter meetings are coming.
I do agree somewhat. The Braves have a negative run differential. That's not good. We are lucky we have owned the Nats to this point. Now I like this roster and especially this lineup. They just have to start hitting better and I think they will. But if the status quo stays the same we aren't making the playoffs.
we're about 45% to make the playoffs IMO. Losing Floyd knocks our chances down a little. Your fighting LA and StLouis for the WC right now, not where you want to be. And the divison is wide open, although I just can't see the Marlins in it in Sept.
I'm glad to see Fredi's finally off the hook.IMO our hopes for the rest of the season fall squarely on Minor.
Which is why they wait until the game is over to post. Everybody has a bit of "fair weather faness" in them. Some are just more vocal publicly than others.
Unfortunately I lol'd 1000 times at third place. Stop just stop!
