GDT: #77 2:10 EST (Minor) Braves @ (Cosart) Stros'.

We play three in Houston and Washington played three in Milwaukee. We are going to end up being right where we started. It's series like this where the Braves should make up ground and they don't and end up missing out on the playoffs.
 
Can't remember which thread it was that had a few people telling me how wrong I was for saying Samardjiza is better than Minor. But lol at those folks.

I agree with that, Minor is not consistent enough and his maddening sometime with his tentative attack on hitters, go after their asses.

I don't think he trusts his stuff enough to go after hitters like he should. That's why he nibbles around when he gets ahead of hitters. When he does attack a hitter he makes a mistake and they jump all over it like the Astros have. I didn't see him against the Nationals, but his line score shows a dandy of a start. He had 11 K's. Was he nibbling then or was he attacking them?
 
My goodness these guys can't put together 3 games in a row. I take heat but this is why this season will be for nothing when we miss the playoffs.

He was flat out dominant. We need that guy to show up more often.
