GDT 8/11- the Touki in the Bronx

All this terrible baseball and the Braves still bring the tieing run to the plate.

THis game could easily be 8-4 in favor of the Braves.
 
Yeah I bet he wishes he could have that one back. Can’t be looking for the a slider 0-0, but damn he could have smoked that pitch.
 
Rio Ruiz has hit 3 HRs and has an .889 ops for orioles. He's up with chance to put orioles up against phillies
 
Well we fought back and made it interesting atleast.
Hopefully we can somehow get a split tomorrow..

Could’ve been worse, could’ve been better. I’ll be happy with a split, if they can earn it.

You're also kidding yourself if you think Touki sucks. Rawest of all the young'uns and if he's anything similar to the pitcher we saw against the Jay's (yes..they are terrible), he'll be good for a long time. Has a lot of warts but that take is awful.
 
Maybe we need to fake a coronavirus outbreak on our team and get games cancelled until Ozzie and Acuna are back.
