Wow! That is all I can say after this series.

The team had their backs against the wall and they responded.

They always choke head-to-head against us, nothing new. Plus I do believe we could have even more wins against them with a better manager. And those head-to-head wins mean two games in the standings too.

PS: Your boy Fredi can bring out the choke in anyone.

Fredi isnt my boy, which games should we have won that Fredi cost us vs them.

It's Fredi's fault our offense sucks, news to me.

Have you seen what Bochy has to work with? They shouldn't even be in a playoff spot right now with that offense, etc. Tampa Bay has a great manager too but they probably won't make the playoffs. But they still recently got back to .500 and their manager deserves credit as they should have a worse record.

Posey, Belt, whoever, Crawford, Panda, Pence, Pagan, Morse is a very solid lineup 1-8, sure as hell better than ours but thats not really saying much.

The only thing I don't like about Bochy is that he does fall in love with some pretty marginal guys that he trots out there on a regular basis. Of course, Cox did that as well (as did Tom Kelly up here in Minnesota) under the "keep everybody sharp" mantra.

SF has a good bullpen and Bochy uses it very well.

Bullpen management does help separate the wheat from the chaff when it comes to managers. Bochy is one of the best at it.

He probably does deserve some of it, Maddon isn't perfect but he is one of the best managers in the game.
