My guess is:
The broadcast crew misunderstand what ever stat they just looked up.
That EV and launch angle has a gigantic xwOBA.
Something about where Robles was playing coupled with how far he ran made that appear to be a routine play because statcast doesn’t understand there’s a wall, and doesn’t differentiate between going back on a ball vs any other direction.

Me off, that as they were losing Harper...Soto just came out of nowhere from AA and turned into a Star. He was the 22nd ranked player in the 2015 international signing period.
Sure they liked him, but had NO clue what he would become. Same year the Braves signed Pache and Cruz.
