GDT 8/18/22: Braves vs Mutts - The Crucial Game

When Albies gets back, this will be the most complete Braves lineup I can recall. Power, speed, bat skills, etc. Great time to be a fan.

If the braves can win series this weekend, might gain some more ground. Phillies throwing wheeler tonight. There's a DH Saturday, and the Mets lost 2 starters this week.

Seems destined for LF. Hes a big boy and will probably fill out a bunch. MLB.com has him at 210lbs so fangraphs at 180 must be an outdated number. Lots of power to come from Grissoms bat the next few years.
 
Sure am glad Grissom didn’t do anything stupid like trying to steal 2nd right there and take the bat out of Mikes hands

That would work- seems like a waste but it will work.

I like the bat path and approach a lot
