New limitations

How many players can MLB teams have in September?
After Sept. 1, all teams will be allowed to carry 28 players, rather than the 40-man glut of recent years. As part of the ongoing discussions, the teams and the players will negotiate to determine the number of pitchers allowed on each roster. The number has not yet been set.Mar 14, 2019
 
Great win to beat the best team in baseball imo given all the injuries.

Also credit to Max Fried for keeping the team in the game today. Could have easily imploded. Good win. Enjoy the day off Monday boys.
 
The Braves just took a series from the best team in the NL despite missing 3 everyday players, and having their HoF talent on the bench for half of the 3rd game.

Hopefully all the dumdums who don’t think the Braves can make a deep postseason run paid attention.
 
Big win, esp. with the Nats killing it. Good to finally win a series vs the Dodgers. Funny Duvall got the game winning homer last night and Ortega today. Plus MM seems to own the Dodgers as they haven't scored on him all season. Maybe that is why AA got him.

VERY small sample size, but Melancon has good numbers vs the Dodgers. Thats one reason AA got him, me thinks, has an eye on the big prize.
