The words confrontational history in no way imply any fault on Acuña's part. That said, he and the Marlins have gone back and forth starting with last year's severe beaning, RA's reaction, lots of "jawing," etc.

Bottom line is Mattingly is going to do everything he can to play mind games with RA. Given the Braves dominance over the Fish this year, Mattingly has to try anything he can to turn the tables.
