GDT 8/21/13: Braves (Wood) @ Mets (Niese) 1:10 PM - Dark Wood Rising

This reminds me a bit of when the Nats were terrible but would manage to wreck our **** every time.
 
Yeah, Im all for getting BJ going, but if he doesnt show signs soon, it may be time to make some decisions regarding the playoffs...

We should at least play him the majority of the time until the playoffs. It would be huge to get him going, and if he doesn't, no one can point fingers (if he gets plenty of playing time).
 
I don't care what BJ is getting paid. Unless he is killing it in September then Schafer needs to be starting come play-off time.

Schafer looks like ****, too. And at least BJ has a history of success. Schafer doesn't.
 
I said it during our streak, during the playoffs I'd have Heyward in centerfield. Gattis would be in left for me most games too. We scored a lot of runs with that line-up before BJ returned. Once we get Gattis going again, I expect more of the same if used.

That said, I am not expecting Fredi to do what I would do.
