GDT 8/28/13: Indians (Masterson) @ Braves (Maholm) 7:10 PM

We needed Justin to step up in Heywards absence. He has done anything but that. Hopefully he gets it going when it counts.

I don't understand why people completely bailed on him so fast. We had some (who are still vocal about it) saying he was done after the first week of the season. He is signed for a long time. It is still way early to declare it the worst FA signing in history. Obviously, he is off to a horrendous start.

Not bailing on him. Just stating he's done nothing this year and isn't going to. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt for next year.

Same folks that wanted Heyward traded for middle relief and thought Justin was a huge problem. Some folks have a hard time understanding a 162 game season.
 
It's a rough stretch right now. We got Justin, Freddie, and Johnson all needing days off...hopefully our pitching holds up this slump.

That would be awesome.

Not looking forward to next year (if he is still around). It is going to be irritating ending games with challenges remaining.
