Because he's a washed up 35 year old utility IF who's been cut by your division rival...it's called throwing ah*t up against a wall and hoping it sticks until we can watch Ozzie but useless from the left side of the plate again.
 
I get winning in baseball is hard..:but not taking all 4 from these low life fcks is pretty bad...They were just depleted from trades not even a few days ago

That is the problem. Along with twit making a ton of stupid decisions. Maybe the top three will be shuffled a little to get Olson in between them.
 
How hard can they push fried tomorrow. Has t thrown in a while and didn’t do a rehab stint. Can’t inagine letting him throw 100 pitches is a good idea.
 
At the end of the year what do they do with Kelenic? Theyll of had a full year to evaluate him. I think hes fine as a 4th OF or part of a strong platoon. But right now the bottom of the order is rough. Harris and Albies will help that come playoff time.
 
So who goes when they activate Fried? Lopez hasn’t thrown according to any reports I can find. Just IL him and keep Holmes in rotation for now.
 
Told y'all Philly was gonna crumble in the 2nd half.

Take the series today from the Marlins and we will send out Sale, Charlie, and Lopez vs the Brew Crew.
 
10 days till Harris can return. Is he about to start a rehab assignment? I'm beginning to think we might not see him... been quiet since his set back

López will probably get rocked if he hasn't thrown since the injury.
 
Dylan Lee sent to AAA to activate Fried.

I don't like only having 2 LHP in the pen, but I guess Lee was the only one with options left.


I know he's been good since the start of July, but I'm not a fan of the Luke Jackson experience. I'd rather have the three lefties out there.

Twit has roles. He doesn’t play righty lefty matchups really. 5th inning is Chavez or Lee. Maybe bummer. 6th is any of those guys but add Jackson minter or Johnson. Eight add JJ. 9 add Riggy. That is all his manager for super dummies got into.

They could have sent Holmes down but this tells me that Lopez might not make a start in the next five days.
