GDT 8/5/2013 Braves vs Nationals

Damn: Simmons is suddenly much taller, now bats left-handed, and clearly loves baseball a lot less.
 
LaRoche seemingly suffering from a severe deficit of attention so far this evening.
 
I'm sure the umpire loved that bit of, shall we be generous and say, "confidence" out of Strasburg.
 
Stras looks very good tonight. The Braves will either have to connect on a couple mistakes for longballs, or wear him down and get into the BP. I don't see them stringing much together tonight off him.
 
I'm telling you right now, with that hook Stras has going tonight, Dan is screwed. he might as well hit the showers.

He's pretty much guaranteed to stumble into a big homerun now.
 
Minor not looking great so far; the Braves' very own defensive demigod really bailed him out on that play at the plate.
 
LOL @ dumbarss running on Simmons. That said, the fluky pop up hit by Ramos cost us a run. Not that Minor handled it well, but still.

Now let's get that run back and more boys!
