Damn, I think once again I have to give the ump a pass. That wording, "any other movement," basically puts it all on the batter unless he turns into a statue.

I agree, but another section specifically says if the natters interfered with the throw "intentionally or unintentionally. " So I guess that is by design, and the weight is all on the batter. Which sucks.
 
Ortega is a mistake looking for a place to happen. He doesn't belong on the Braves bench even at this stage of the season.
 
Let DK go one more, or go to the pen, he's at a reasonable pitch count, 96 pitches?, and 7-8-9 for Philly. I'd assume he's done though.
