gdt 9.12.19: the unbearable silence of the neighsayers

And at this point all I really care about the rest of the season is for Acuna to get 40-40

Well, and that whole pesky win the division thing.

I simply can't take it for granted. I've seen other teams blow a 7.5 game lead with 17 left in consecutive years. Granted it was the Mets but (with apologies to Yogi Berra) you haven't clinched until you've clinched. It that makes me a nervous Nellie, so be it..

Add insult, Swanson hits into DP 7-6 as McCann stands at 3rd shaking his head.

if "runs too long in one place" means "he's the slowest runner in Braves history," then yeah.
