if we needed a 40-man spot he'd be in danger of being DFA'd at this point with Markakis set to return. But we don't so he can stick around to pinch hit, pinch run and play defense.

I'm amazed at how awful umpires have gotten. EOF was on Twitter either yesterday or this morning talking about how good the umpires are, and how much they've improved over the last 10-20 years and how they deserve praise. Loved EOF, but my g-d is he full of **** after watching this night in and night out. Every night it's 2-3 awful calls. And it's not just Braves baseball. It's across all MLB.
