I'll be honest. I think Fredi needs to be gone, but I put more of this on Wren and the upper levels of the scouting staff at this point. Frank is the guy that put together a team with the idea that speed and power would be the key without regard for on base ability. It has been on his watch the the farm system has eroded.
 
Atlanta needs fans to fill in the new park in 2017. Firing Fredi and giving a new coach 2 years to try to build something good (along with player movement as well) is a start.
 
I don't know if Fredi needs to be gone or not but the proof is in the pudding and it tastes pretty yucky at the moment.

I know Fredi is a BC disciple and tries to copy his approach in public but with a young team they often need more guidance.

Fredi's September/October (counting playoffs) #'s with the Braves.

'11 = 9-18 (September collapse)
'12 = 20-11 (Wild Card collapse)
'13 = 14-17 (Insult Chipper and make him sound like a genius)
'14 = 3-9 (Another September collapse)

Total = 46-55
 
Under Bobby, September/October (counting the playoffs):

'10 = 15-19 (Injuries almost destroyed this team)
'09 = 17-14
'08 = 13-12
'07 = 15-12
'06 = 16-14
'05 = 16-17
'04 = 21-15
'03 = 16-15
'02 = 18-13
'01 = 20-16
'00 = 16-15
'99 = 26-16
'98 = 21-12
'97 = 21-14
'96 = 21-22

I had to go all the way back to '96 to make it to the same amount of losing that Fredi is about to accomplish this year. Of course, Bobby's losing was only 6 under (in those 3) compared to Fredi's 18 under and counting. By the way, Bobby didn't have any before '96. That means it took until Bobby's last year to match what Fredi is about to do in 4 years.
