GDT 9/17; Braves vs. Nationals: WSH Spring Training Type Lineup

La Stella hasn't exactly set the world on fire, but he damn sure didn't deserve to be benched behind Ramiro Pena. And he damn sure doesn't deserve to be on the bench, while Chris "can't lay off a pitch in the dirt or hit righties" Johnson gets more than 500 trips to the plate in this abortion of a season.

The league hasn't figured Johnson out yet so he's good to go.

I can't remember the last time I've been as "down" on a Braves team as I am on this one. I've never seen a team that's close to being as offensively pathetic. As soon as the other team scores, you feel as if the game is over. (Just as I say that, we hang a three spot LOL.)

Love it. We're getting excited because we've managed to give Alex Wood a lead for the first time in 100 years and finally score some runs against a AAA lineup.

Is there any damn reason whatsoever Wood was pulled for Carpenter?

Oh, and Carpenter for the 90th game in a row? Jordan Walden have kidney stones too?
