No celebrations by the team are planned, mainly because MLB has outlawed champagne celebrations.

And I’d only agree with you because of this truncated season and expanded format. But in a 162 game season, with only 5 teams making playoffs, you deserve to celebrate for making the postseason.

I would make it 1-6 as Ozzie is hitting .396 since returning to action. And Duval is co-leader in NL HR race.

And I’d only agree with you because of this truncated season and expanded format. But in a 162 game season, with only 5 teams making playoffs, you deserve to celebrate for making the postseason.

I liked the business as usual vibe the Braves have off during their dynasty when they clinched, but I prefer to act like I expect to succeed rather than rah rah success like it wasn’t expected.

Of course, maybe not getting fired up for division titles contributed to postseason failures. Who knows what helps in these scenarios.
