Yes, all the mouth breathers point to the times stolen bases help and conveniently are silent when the attempts lead to outs, or when he would have scored anyways, or when he ends up not scoring.

I keep forgetting you’ve watched more LAD games this year focusing on Betts playing shortstop and second. So seems you haven’t watch the plethora of games where Acuña jump started the offense with the run game. His steals are why we won today.

Stolen bases, put more pressure on the defense. Particularly the pitcher and catcher. With him as a threat on the bases they have just a little less focus on the pitches leading to the following hitters taking advantage of mistakes

Dude come on… just enjoy it and stop being weirdly butt hurt. It all contributed. You are right on almost everything but you are selling stolen bases short. They are not as valuable as many casuals think but they are more valuable than you are making them out to be. I get the rule changes but why isn’t everyone stealing 70? It’s a crazy achievement and it is valuable.
 
Mookie had an incredible season but Ronald should win the MVP unanimously. What he’s done this year is historic. You could argue it’s one of if not the best offensive season ever.

Incredible. So glad I got to watch him so much this year.
 
Seems like the Cubs may not be too happy with that delay from Acuna celebrating. It’s a pretty big talking point on the Cubs post game show.

They'd have to be narcissistic aholes to think like that. I'd 100% bet that both FF and Swanson are happy for the Braves continued success.
