Agreed. I’d rather throw out our best as they are fighting for their playoff lives. Besides, we still have to win one more to wrap up Homefield through the World Series. One of our starters to get playoff atmosphere feeling.

Random point - Arcia ops is basically equal to Swanson but Swanson is listed as 4.9 WAR vs. Arcia 1.9. Had understood the advanced metrics supported Arcia's defense as being good this year. Is Swanson 3 WAR better than Swanson because of defense? baserunning? Gap seems surprising

Swanson is a bit better on offense but not by much. Swanson is a much better base runner and once again the best defensive SS in baseball.
